Our Story
The Jubilee Harvest Farms team is guided by the personal journey of founder Sybil Chester, who grew up facing limited food access, making every meal a precious resource. Her grandmother’s garden was a place of abundance, filled with homegrown vegetables, homemade preserves, and fresh, nutritious meals. Sitting with her grandmother, snapping peas and learning to cook from scratch, Sybil discovered the transformative power of self-sufficiency. Inspired by her grandmother’s resourcefulness, Sybil founded Jubilee Harvest Farms to share these skills with others, providing hands-on education in sustainable living. As the farm grows, Sybil’s mission is supported by a growing team of community volunteers, local artisans, and future team members, all working together to create a hunger-free future.
